Charters

  This charter is YOUR charter, we will not book others on your charter. 

  We do not offer guarantees on catching fish or seeing specific wildlife. These are wild mammals and fish and we can not control if they cooperate. 

 What we can guarantee is we will treat you like, or in many cases better than family and we will make every effort to ensure your party has an enjoyable time. 

MIlitary and First responders will receive a 10% discount. (military id or credentials required).

ABSOLUTELY NO ILLEGAL DRUGS ARE PERMITTED ON ANY OF OUR FLEET. THIS INCLUDES MARIJUANA.  If anyone attempts to bring any illegal substance on any of our fleet, the charter will be canceled immediately without refund. 

You may bring beer or wine on your cruise or fishing trip; however, drunk or offensive behavior will not be tolerated and your trip will be terminated. 

During the summer months, the weather does not always cooperate for our evening cruises. We will make every effort to take these cruises around the evening storms or even later in the evening after they pass. NO charter is worth your or my safety.  

 Offshore trips will be dependent on the winds and weather. If the weather is not cooperating, the charter will be no fun for you and I will not risk your safety or my own to catch fish. You may book an offshore trip and if the weather is not good offshore, you have the option of changing to an inshore trip or rescheduling your trip. 

 Any Child under 13 will be required to wear a life jacket while the boat is underway.
